Terms of Service

Last updated: 【生效日期】

1. Accepting these terms

By using Career OS you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Career OS is provided by [operator name]; contact [contact email].

2. Your account

Use a sign-in method that is yours and keep it secure. You can try Career OS as a guest; guest data lives only in that browser session until you save it to an account.

3. Your content

What you upload and write (CV, experience, conversations, plans and so on) remains yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, including through the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't upload other people's private information.

4. AI and job listings

Guidance, match scores and CV rewrites are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for reference only, are not career, legal or financial advice, and don't guarantee interviews or offers. Check job details yourself before applying.

Job listings come from third-party sites and services; we keep the original source and link but aren't responsible for their content. Career OS never signs in to job platforms for you or applies automatically.

5. Fair use

Each plan has monthly limits on AI and job search. Don't abuse the service, try to get around limits, scrape it, or interfere with other people's use.

6. Paid plans and refunds

[To be completed when paid plans launch: pricing, billing period, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds.]

7. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features and will give notice of important changes. You can stop using Career OS and close your account at any time; we may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these terms.

8. Liability and governing law

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service. These terms are governed by [governing law / venue].
